What is included in the in-store party package price?
Every party package includes 8 children for 90 minutes (with the exception of the '"Lollipop Dream Supreme Party" and "Rockstar Party" which includes 2 hours). We provide evites, costumes and accessories for the children to wear for the duration of the party, a craft for the children to take home, food and beverages for the children, cupcakes for the children, a tiara for the birthday Princess (only available for the Princess related party themed packages), and activities related to party theme as time allows.
What is included in the mobile party package price?
Every party package includes 8 children for 90 minutes (with the exception of the '"Lollipop Dream Supreme Party" and "Rockstar Party" which includes 2 hours). We provide costumes for the children to wear for the duration of the party, a craft for the children to take home, activities related to party theme as time allows, and one character for the full duration of the party.
What if I am expecting more children than what's included in the package?
Each additional child is an $18 charge for all in-store themed parties. For mobile parties, if you exceed 10 children, we require an assistant to be sent out (in addition to the character) for a flat $100.
When do I give you my final number of guests?
When we call to follow up the week of the party we will get the final number of guests. We need to have the final count by the Wednesday before the party. Once we have the final count that is how many children we will prepare for and the amount of children that will go on your balance.
What if all the guests don't come the day of the party?
Once we have the final count from you, that will be the number of children we will prepare for (food, crafts, and staff) and regardless if they come that day or not it will be the number of guests on the final balance.
What if I want to celebrate more than one child's birthday at my party?
It is an additional $30 for each additioanl birthday child within one in-store party. There is no additional charge for having multiple birthday children at your mobile party.
Can I hire a Princess or Performer for my child's birthday?
Of course! Adding a character for one hour to your child's in-store party is a flat rate of $150. Having a character come to your child's party at your location, for one hour, is $150. Please call us to see who we have available.
Should I invite boys?
Of course! We always make an extra effort to accommodate boys. We do have a variety of boys costumes, crafts, and boy-oriented face paint. We also now offer Pirate Parties and Superhero Parties.
When do I add an additional 30 minutes?
If there will be more than 12 guests at the party we always suggest to add the additional 30 minutes so there will be enough time to finish all the activities adequately (dressing, face painting, games, eating, and cupcakes). The additional 30 minutes is also a good idea if you want to add more activities.
What time should I arrive before the party?
You are welcome to arrive no more than 10 minutes early to set up your guest table. You are welcome to cater through us, or you may bring your own food and refreshments (with the exception of alcohol). Please note that if you bring your own food, you also need to bring paper goods/utensils/etc.
Do I pay for younger or older children who come but do not participate?
There will be an extra charge of $18 for every child that comes to the in-store party and participates in the craft, games, or the meal. If they come but do not participate in any activities it will not be an extra charge. Typically we find that children under the age of 12 months will not participate.
What do I do to reserve the date and time for my child's party?
You can either call or come in the store to pay a $200 non-refundable deposit. This will hold the date and time for your child's party. The remaining balance will be paid immediately following the party.
How many children can you accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 30 children in our store location.
Can we bring our own food and beverage?
Yes, you can absolutely bring your own food for adults or something to supplement the food that is already included for the children! No alcohol is allowed but other beverages are. We can also supply soda, water, and iced tea if needed. Anything that we already offer as add-ons (i.e Candy Bar and Helium Balloons) must be purchased through us. We also offer catering options that are emailed to you with your contract.
What should children wear to the party?
We highly recommend that girls wear a leotard or bathing suit (boys a light tee) under their regular clothing in order to keep the costumes more hygenic. Costumes also tend to be itchy on bare skin, so having a leotard or tee underneath will help the children be more comfortable.
Where do we park?
We reccomend parking by the Macy's Men and Home on the ground floor.

We do not offer characters from television and/or movies. We only have professional theatrical costumes. It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. The characters that we offer are NOT name brand copyrighted characters, and we make no attempt to market them as such. The characters that we have are of our own creation. Any resemblance to nationally known copyrighted characters is strictly incidental and unintentional. If you have any questions regarding this issue, we encourage you to contact us. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character at your event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific targeted character. Ours are as generic as we can make them. In addition, we will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed birthday party character.
